Relationship Media – The Opposite Of Hiding Behind The Computer

There are two very different ways to approach new technology for your business today.

One person looks at autoresponders, automated webinars, and video email for their business and says “YES! No more talking to people! I don’t have to ever have a conversation again!” and another wiser, more successful person would say, “Excellent, now I can be even MORE connected to my contacts.”

You see, technology today is not about hiding from prospects, or being having less of a relationship with your customers…its about more! It’s about a more human experience for the prospect.

Remember, people buy from people they like and trust. For people to buy from you, they need to know you’re going to perform on your promise.

How to Maximize Conversions Today? High-Tech or High-Touch?

Conversion rates seem to be everything in the internet marketing community today.

How much does your offer convert? How many optin? How many complete the upsells? What is you revenue per click?

With this high tech environment, I sometimes feel that we forget to touch the customers. Emails, Videos, and Webinars are cool, but what about really touching the client? I think the customers feel really distant sometimes.

I had a friend recently tell me about one way he was totally rocking out his online promotion. He had a webinar model for his business, but he was converting SIGNIFICANTLY more webinar attendees.

He was actually collecting the phone numbers of all the attendees. After the webinar would end, he would use multiple autodialers to call through the attendees and walk them through their order, handle any objections, and make the sale.

This was brilliant, just another way to be high touch in a high tech world.
